For more than three decades, I have worked inside the senior care industry at every level — from frontline clinical care to executive leadership and ownership.
I began my career as a Registered Nurse in home health, then went on to open and lead multiple senior living communities. Later, I built and successfully sold two private-duty home care agencies serving high-acuity and affluent clients.
Throughout my career, I have worked directly with thousands of seniors and families, giving me an unusually deep understanding of what drives satisfaction, trust, retention, and outcomes in real-world care environments.
Today, I partner with home care agencies and senior care organizations to stabilize operations, strengthen leadership teams, improve staff retention, and build scalable systems that support sustainable growth.
