I had the pleasure of working with Traci for 10+ years as I sought home care solutions for my elderly clients. I am writing this to tell everyone how much our family loves Traci Goudy (Executive Director) for the care she gave my Dad when he lived at Green Tree Assisted Living for 11 years. Traci trained me in all things sales and marketing for private duty home care. She taught me how to build strong referral relationships with healthcare providers, home health, hospice, trust officers, attorneys, fiduciaries, and university contacts — and how to turn those relationships into real private-pay referrals.

She also helped us incorporate her “community without walls” senior living concept in our own unique Clubhouse model that hosts senior fitness, events, activities, a bistro and Silver Sneakers programming. It gave us a niche no one else in home care had and made our agency much easier to market and sell against the high-end retirement communities in our area.
