THE PROBLEM WE’RE SOLVING
1. Home Care Agencies Struggle to Compete
Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) position themselves as premium solutions for affluent families. Home care agencies often compete on price, not value—despite offering something families actually want: the ability to age at home with one on one care.
2. Caregivers Burn Out Without Support
Caregivers absorb emotional shock daily—grief, fear, decline, family stress—with little to no training in emotional resilience. Turnover is 75%+ industry-wide. This hurts everyone: caregivers, clients, families, and agencies.
3. Families Don’t Know Quality Home Care Exists
Most families think home care means “someone who shows up for a few hours.” They don’t know premium home care with coordination, care planning, and concierge service is possible. So they default to facilities—even when they’d rather stay home.

Through my podcast, YouTube channel, and thought leadership, I’m working to shift how people think about home care—showing agencies how to compete at a premium level and showing families that quality aging-at-home solutions exist.

Ultimately, this is about dignity. Seniors deserve better options. Caregivers deserve better support. Families deserve better guidance. I’m committed to building systems that make that possible—not just for a few agencies, but for the industry as a whole.
